    Default help with ipconfig

Hi there, I'm troubleshooting for a response to a ping command and I'm trying to find my actual IP address (I am working with a router) and when I Run: ipconfig, the terminal window pops up and then disappears before I can read anything.
    Solutions?

Instead of typing ipconfig in the run box do this go to start>run>type cmd click ok the box will open up that keeps disappearing on you then type ipconfig and hit enter.

You might also want to try STAYIBVISIBLE. If you have Java enabled in your web browser, you will get both your external (WAN) and internal (LAN) IP addresses!
