Default DNS Packet Dump bytes when trying to hit one server on 1 particular site only.

OLDSOD if you are around, please email me.
    I have you on friends.

I am going through something that no one has ever seen before.
I am trying to hit one site that I have dealt with for many years,
and as of a week ago, I am blocked from one of their servers.
I can not ping, trace, surf this part of their site.
The rest of their site is fine. GO FIGURE??!!???
In my modem logs I get a series of DNS Packet Dump bytes
from groups of (1-31) all the way up to (576-594).
And they all look similar to this:
SUN SEP 07 11:56:25 2008 DNS Packet Dump bytes (576-594)
    12:. 31:1 C0:. 0C:. 00:. 01:. 00:. 01:. 00:. 00:. 01:. 3F:? 00:. 04:. 42:B 06:.
    12:. 29: .)

Now, if I try to hit that part of the site through a website proxy, I can surf.
If I try to go through a website translations website like bablefish I can surf.

It doesn't matter if I have my Zone Alarm Security Suite on or off,
and I have my XP firewall off.
I also have NO other antivirus or security software, and I also checked my
hosts file, and it is clean.

    WHAT A MYSTERY, HUH!!!

    Operating System:
    Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:
    8.0
    Product Name:
    ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    Not me.
    Haven't emailed you yet.
    See the other thread.
It is not a serious problem, although it is not a problem to be taken lightly.
    Oldsod.
    Best regards.
