I am the operations manager for a company that supplies the second largest boxed online retail shopping cart in the UK. We are receiving a lot of support problems arising from the behaviour of Zonealarm when the Privacy settings are turned on and set to medium or high. In short, site pages cannot load and goods cannot be purchased because Zonealarm is interposing javascript in the headers and footers of each page preventing correct loading and use. Further research of this issue has shown that our customers are not the only retailers who experience this; we managed to crash on Amazon, Dabs, Dell and Hotmail with the same privacy settings. This makes Zonealarm almost unusable for online customers as it isn't differentiating between pop-ups and desired content.

Can anyone suggest a way that we can get around this problem and / or stop it from happening?

Many thanks
