Cool ZA unable to protect from trojan

I am using ZA since november. Every security parameter is set to "high".
Checking my ports by a third party software, I find one of them is being used by a trojan. How is it possible? Why didn't ZA detect this threat? Am I paying a top class software that can't protect my system?

Hi!the fact that a third party software is detecting a port that is used by a trojan does not mean you are actually infected by a trojan.Proceed to clean your system as indicated here:http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/b...essage.id=3787Remember that no software can protect you 100% from malware out there. Cheers,Fax
