Default Any Urgent Advice Welcome: True Vector Crash is Gumming up my PC

Hi GuysI run ZAISS (V. 8.0.298.035) and I've just suddenly experienced a worrying problem.
I went on line and everytime I click certain links I get an error message saying "True Vector has had to Close, etc". Unfortunately it then crashes my browser (IE7)! Next I get another message saying "Please standby
ZAISSis initializing. This window will close when ZAISS initializes - You may click cancel to close down ZAISS". Needless to say it just hangs there. I notice there was an auto update this morning. I have tried re-booting but I get the same problem.
    Any ideas?

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

Thanks FaxIt seems to be working again after trying your recommendation. It was the Sky help desk link that triggered this problem.

You're welcome! There is an issue with the ZA privacy control, ZA will crash on certain websites unless ZA privacy control is completely off. Not sure when it will be fixed. Cheers,Fax
