As this has been pointed a few times, its not an issue with ZA.
ZASSfor both WinXP SP2 and VISTA works perfectly with this IM client (Live Messenger), even several users say they don't have any problems.Both Guru Fax and myself have Live Messenger installed on several computers and exchange IM and Email with no problems..We have both even Upgraded to the New Live Messenger Ver. 2008 (Build 8.5.1288.816) with no problems..So itis nottime to look for another firewall. Rather, You may need to spend time looking for other issues on your compurter system that has been suggested a few times.Possibly a Conflict with other Security Programs installed that may be Blocking access to live messenger, or a Corrupted HD..When was the last time your ran CHKDSK (Check Disk) or Defrag?
