Default Firewall keeps me from connecting to the internet

Every now and then the firewall will disconnect me from the internet and keep me from reconnecting while I am on my home network. Usually if I repair the connection with windows I can reconnect.

My svchost.exe has full access and sever rights.

This problem goes away when I change the trusted network security level to medium.

I find this a bit frustrating and annoying. Thanks for your help. I have the latest version of ZAISS.

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

Hi!by "trusted network security" you mean the ZA "trusted zone security" settings? If yes, its absolutely normal and by design that your trusted network is set to MEDIUM and you should not change it.However, "Internet Zone Security" should be set to "HIGH"If you set the trusted zone network to "HIGH"ZA will refuse connection from your ISP and thus you will loose the connection.Cheers,Fax
