    Default Deleting Junk Mail

I've set my Preferences to delete junk mail daily.
It suddenly stopped doing it automatically so I have to delete them myself daily.
Any ideas what caused this and how it can be fixed?
    I reinstalled Zone
Alarm but still have the same problem.

Try turning off the junk filter, reboot windows and then turn it back on, and see what happens.

    Sounds simple enough.
I'll try it and get back to you with the results.
    Thanks

I gave it a good shot, but it didn't work.
I now have 22 junk mails which I will delete manually. Thanks for the idea.

    Great minds think alike.
Already tried it and it failed also.
I sus[ect that one of the registry cleaners I was trying may have deleted a necessary file.

Backup your settings using the backup utility in ZA, then reinstall ZA, and when it asks, select clean install. Then try the junk filter settings again the way you have them, and if they work, restore your settings, and give it another whirl. Let me know what happens. If it works, then you need to tell the registry cleaners to leave mailfrontier entries alone.

Tried that before and it failed. And I've added ZA to my Ignore List for the cleaner I use.

    Thanks for your ideas.
Fortunately it's just an annoyance not a severe problem.
