Default They can't watch tv on the site in2tv.com

    Dear All,

I have a friend that uses the free version of zonealarm.

They can't watch tv on the site in2tv.com
and also the site http://livingroomcandidate.movingimage.us/ can't be watched either.

    But youtube is just fine.

They use a wireless antenna and are in the basement.

The modem and the router are wired to a computer upstairs via an ethernet cable.

    Any Ideas?

    Cnon

Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version: 7.0
    Product Name: ZoneAlarm (Free)

    You could try this:

    Go to your Zone Alarm
Privacy > Site List, click on the 'add' button, enter
in2tv.comthen click 'ok'. Now locate the site you just entered on the Site List, right click on it and select 'options'. Next go through all three tabs to uncheck everything and click 'apply' as you go through each tab. Now clean your browser cache and try the site again.
I am useing ZApro and not sure if the free version has the privacy setting but if it does give it a try

Well, according the this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZoneAlarm at wikipedia,
the free version doesn't have a privacy setting, only the pro version does. So does anyone have any other suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Cnon

Make sure the browser or the software application being used has server rights first for the Trusted and if that still fails, then server right for the Internet (change back to Ask or Red X after using the site for security reasons). You may try entering the site as Trusted in the Zones of the Firewall of the Zone Alarm. Other than that, reducing the sliders for the Security Zones may work.
