    Default true vector service

Hi, I'm having a problem with true vector service and CPU usage.
    I have an hp
a1410n AMD Athlon 64 3800+ 1.5GB desktop. I have ZA Security Suite installed, and when I
    run a deep virus or
    spyware
scan, about 5-30 minutes into it, CPU usage (under system)
jumps to 100%. When I stop the scan, CPU stays at 90-100%. I try to restart or shutdown, but windows hangs at the saving your settings. After a a lot of troubleshooting, I disabled true vector service and problem stopped. I can deep scan now, but have a screen pop up at shutdown or restart that says "ScanningProcess.exe dll initialization failed". I know it's because the service is disabled, how can I resolve it?

Does the scan with True Vector enabled seem to stop on the same file during the deep scan?

No. It does this anywhere from
5 - 35 minutes into a scan. Also, it happens regardless of virus or spyware scans...
After I disabled true vector, it ran fine.

Look in C:\windows\internet logs and see if there is a file named lspconflict.txt. If there is open it, copy the contents and then post it here.
