    Default vsmon.exe- no disc

I have been getting a message vsmon.exe - no disc for quite awhile. So I put a floppy disc in my A:/ drive and it was ok, except it kept checking for a disc every so often. Yesterday the message changed to vsmon.exe - wrong volume. How can I change the configuration so it doesn't check my A:/ drive at all. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Operating System:Windows Vista Home Basic
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro

    Dear Bigirish:

As far as I know, there is no ZAPRO version out for Vista yet. There is a ZAISS version for Vista but I wouldn't recommend it based on the problems I've seen.

    Hope this helps.

Well I use Windows XP Home edition and thought I put a check mark next to Windows XP Home when I got the prompt for what operating system I used. So the question remains, how do I configure Zone Alarm not to check my A:/ drive? Thanks.</blockquote>

    Dear Bigirish:

My response was based on your original post using Windows Vista as your operating system. Since ZAPRO is not supported under Vista(yet), I thought this was a random error message that can sometimes occur when software incompatibilities are involved. Now you state you are running Windows XP Home edition. I don't know why you would be having this error under Windows XP Home edition.
Perhaps someone else will have an answer.
