Default scanningprocess.exe taking up all my cpu!

ok, i was running the version of zass 7.0337.7303.037.000373.3733330 or something like that, and i realised i was 2 updates behind, and updated the za to get rid of a few freezing bugs, now that i've got the latest one of the scanningprecess.exe's is taking up nearly 100% most of the time.

ok, i know its been updated but does it really need all that cpu!?!

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:7.0

when I try your link and fill in the information, it deletes the confirm e-mail address block and sends me back to the message submittal page. Also Zone Alarm will not allow me to copy my license number from the product information page and paste it in so I cannot tell if the number has 0 or O in it (very small letters)
So how can I submit something that sends me around in circles
This is what I tried to submit:will not connect to my home wireless network even though I have the proper password. Always says invalid IP, or private address. If I shutdown Zone Alarm after booting up and then restart it (zone alarm), it will connect. but never on initial startup. Very annoying. there is an address 192.168,1,0/255/255.0 thatshows up in the zones as trusted, but it will not connect on startup,

Everytime I try to submit it delets the confirm email address blank and gets me back to the submit page.
