in my WinXP Pro SP2 PC. Outlook Express is set as my default email client.
Sending remote assistance request by email is blocked by ZA. After press
the "send invitation" button OE tries to connect to the SMTP server
of my ISP but fails. The invitation email is stored in the "outbox"
of OE. I have to launch OE to send the request. Without running ZA, sending
of the invitation directly in the remote assistance dialogue works perfect.
It seems that ZA blocks the remote assistance using OE to send invitation.
How could i setup ZA to let RA get through? Thank you!!
