    Default Temporarily Disable Firewall?

Instructions for installing an anti spyware program (Sunbelt Software CounterSpy 2.5.1040) advise to "disable any firewall and anti-virus programs that are running".
I see where to turn off ZA anti virus.
How do I temporarily disable the firewall?

I am new to this software, but this I can help you with. Open ZA, choose Firewall and move internet security/trusted zone settings to off. I have Internet Security Suite, I hope its the same.

Or right click on the ZA system tray icon, click shut down ZA. You can restart it from start/programs/ZoneAlarm, or (if set to
load at startup, restart your PC).
