Here is my software from ZA:

I am running Windows Vista (Business version) with the latest updatesI have 2 GIG of RAMAMD 64 Athlon ProcessorRunning Outlook 2003 SP3
Ok...I feel that I might have made a mistake by not reviewing all the posts before purchasing ZA and probably would not have been a customer if I did some reading but unfortunately, here I am wishing I could get a refund.
Anyway...my ZA of course crashes my computer on a regular bases.
I see that vsmon.exe and ScanningProcess.exe consumes all of my system resources and eventually crashes my system.
I do have ZA-AV configured to run, I do have updates to run automatically, and I do have ZA-anti-spam running.
I figured these are the reasons why I bought the software so why not have them running and doing what they claim to do.
My question is - is there a fix for this problem besides disabling all the ZA features and uninstalling the product and using another vendor?
I would assume that ZA would have a QA process before releasing their software.
It is hard to imagine that this passed QA.
Before I installed ZA, I had no problems.
Any feasible help is appreciated.
