    Default Zone Alarm Freeware Update

I just downloaded the latest Zone Alarm Freeware Update. At the end of the process I apparently made a mistake whenI was prompted to allow or deny an important registry change. I pressed the deny button.
I have had the registry change in question on my
    computer for some time
because I made a similar mistake earlier.
My question: How can I disable this registry change which appears on my computer screen ever so often and that might cause problems?
    Regards from Stockholm, Sweden

    One of two ways.
Either find the application in the list and manually change the accesses and the rating or just delete the application in the ZA list and close the ZA, re-open the ZA and then open the application once more for a new recognition.

    Cheers.
