Default Zone Alarm Firewall Display Sequence

When viewing the firewall in the Alerts & Logs Screen, the sequence is not consistent, i.e., an entry for 2008/06/01 will display in the middle of the list for 2008/06/02 and/or the list for a specific date will show the earliest entry then the latest entry or a combination thereof.
I have un-installed ZA, cleaned the registry and then re-installed 7.0.473.000 numerous times and for a while the log entries are in sequence but will revert to the above sequence(s) without any intervention on my part. In addition, the screen's "Show Last"
    and/or "Date / Time" controls
although working do not correct the problem even after selecting "Clear List".

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

I am starting to lose confidence in ZA technical support. I reported it and all they did was tell me to do reset, even after I told them in the report that I already did reset and it didn't work. They didn't even read what I wrote. They must some robot just telling people to do reset and hoping they'll go away.

It's like when my DSL network was down and I couldn't connect and the network "support person" told me I couldn't connect because I needed to defrag my hard drive. Tell people anything to get rid of them and mark your ticket resolved.

It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country,
without All the Details, without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..
Tech Support has no way of knowing if there Suggestion worked for you UNLESS you Report back to them, or give them Feedback on the details so that they can figure out why it did not work for you and maybe suggest other suggestions to resolve your problem..as Guru Fax suggested.. it is always Best to Keep reporting bact so that They know what did or did not work for your particular Computer configuration..Good Luck..
