Actaully the ZA/ZL calls the Lock on when starting up because it was on when shutting down the PC a "glitch".
Even though users such as yourself like this feature, it is not supposed to be even there in the first place.
Kind of lucky you got it with the previous and now the new ZA install does not have the glitch, even though it is really wanted.
Glitch comes and goes. Some users want a lock on boot and some don't.
Some users complain the lock was on when shutting do
wn and why is the lock on when re-starting when not wanted?

Answer - use the "On hold" button on the modem to lock and unlock the network connections. If there is one on the modem to begin with.

    Best regards.
