    I really question whether uninstalling KB 951748 is much of an option. You should read about the DNS vulnerability and weigh the risk of uninstalling vs. setting ZA internet zone security to medium, especially if you are behind a firewall router. ZA, if truly concerned about security, should also spell it out objectively.

    I installed the new version (70_483) and did not uninstall 951748 and both my xp and 2000 boxes work now. So, for me anyway, your answer is 'no'.
