    Hi Fax
Thanks for that. Does this mean that we will never (?) be able to install KB 951748 or do you think this is a temporary situation?

Usually I wait a couple of weeks to do updates, never do the auto update. Then I like to google around to see if any problems.

But today I got a bug up my butt and decided to update both computers. Well we know the story and I couldn't get to the internet to find a solution. I was able to ping, so I figured a DNS problem. Then once I started rebooting, powering off and on routers and modems. I was getting really PO. Then I said lets shut off ZA. That didn't help, I assume I had something else screwed when trying that. Finely after an hour or so I decided to backout updates and reset everything and reboot. All was fine after this sequence.

Then I googled and found tons of info on this problem.

If I had only followed my normal process.

    Fax,
Am I correct that even with ZASS 7.0.483.0, we will still need to uninstall KB951748? I saw the options of installing the new version and either setting the slider to Medium or uninstalling the fix, but previous posts told us not to set the slider to Medium because it would cause security issues. Please clarify.
