After installing the lastst upgrade, I found I had no more space left on my C drive. In the meantime, ZA would not start and would not say why.

I prefer to keep the C drive small and restricted for security reasons; so, software is installed on another drive and configuration options are used to put ginormous files on other drives.

Can't do that with ZAAV

The .dat files chew up 35 Mb

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ZoneLabs\avsys\bases chews up 30 Mb.

and there's another 30Mb chewed up in that directory.

OK -- the .dll's have to stay there.

But there's 80Mb. or so that does NOT belong on the C drive.

If I don't get a configuration option to move ZAAV data to another drive, I'll be looking for another product at renewal time.
