Default ZA Security Suite - Can't access certain web pages

    Hi all.
I've searched for an answer both here and on the 'net, but cannot find one that solves my problem.
Up until recently I've used Zone Alarm Pro and AVG anti-v, but two weeks ago I upgraded to ZA Security Suite.
Since installation I have been unable to access certain web pages, one example being Amazon.co.uk which I use a lot - I've also noticed that other sites like Facebook will open, but the formatting is all over the place.
I've tried an uninstall/clean install of Security Suite, I've no other firewalls or anti-v's running, and I've added the urls of the sites to the firewall and enabled all the necessary green ticks, also, I can't download any files, either .exe or .pdf, the save box appears, but when I click 'save' or 'open' it just shuts down.
I've also tried turning off cookies, ad blocking, mobile and so on,
and I've unticked 'start zone alarm on windows login'
hoping it would pick up the dns servers and ip addies, but to no avail
    - my OS is Vista Home Premium.
I've tried turning off Security Suite and I can access
    all sites as normal.

I'm getting desperate as I want to continue using Security Suite and also pick up a copy for my laptop, but at the moment it refuses to behave.
If the answer is on the forum and iIve missed it, please forgive my mistake.

    Operating System:Windows Vista Home Premium

    Hi!
got to ZA privacy control and trun OFF cookies, adblocking and mobile code control.
    Does it work now?

I have no problem going to Ama...uk, what browser are you using?
Have you tried with Internet Explorer?

You may also have your ZA settings corrupted.
    Try to reset them:

1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after reboot

    Cheers,
    Fax

I agree with Guru Fax..1.) in Program Control/Program Tab make sure that your Browser has Trusted/Internet Access and Super Trusted..2.) The Privacy / Site-list Controls Access to all Web-sites..
