Thread: What files get reset when I do the following

    Default What files get reset when I do the following

    1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
    2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
    3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
    4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
    5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
    6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after reboot

    Only the configuration files will be removed.
    These files are the iamdb.rdb and the backup.rdb found in the %windows%Internet Logs folder.
    The files are instantly deleted by the user action in the GUI, and the ZA will re-create the files on the following reboot (or the next startup). But the files are basically blank and have no previous information.
    The ZA will then rebuild the configurations based upon your responces to the alerts and your customing of the settings.

    Thank you for the information. That seems to be a bit simpler that having to use Safe mode and delete the individual files.
