    Hi!
go to ZA privacy control and turn OFF cookies, adblocking and mobile control.
    Does it work?

Check the link below to troubleshoot issue with privacy control:

I can see youtube, but not CNN.Any further advice is appreciated. Thanks,

    Hi!
well, at this point you should shutdown ZA and test CNN to be sure its not a browser problem..
If you still have problems then probably its a misconfiguration or corruption of the ZA settings.

You can reset the settings this way:

1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after reboot

I thought I had answered this.
I finally tried the reset. That didn't work either. This all started after the ZA upgrade. Thanks for your help.Any other suggestions ?
At this point I'm highly inclined to switch from ZA.
I've been happy with ZA for many years, but no software should take this much time. Thanks,

    Thanks.
I already have all privacy options off.I have a laptop that's running xp home edition that I upgraded, and that's running fine.My next step is to try system restore this weekend; perhaps some file got messed up when I installed ZA.I'm running professional on the machine I'm having problems with.

Default Re: upgrade to 8.0.059 blocks CNN video? was settting about allow content across domains

    You are correct.
    It wasn't ZA.
In Tools, internet options, security, internet zone, cusom, had to change
miscellaneous, allow data across domains. Changed it to prompt; didn't get prompted but video plays.Have no idea how this changed from what it might have been before. Thanks for your help.
