    Default Junk Mail Challenge

Hi GuysEver since my last update to the lastest ZAISS version (and the parse problems that created and subsequent un-install/ re-installation) my junk
mail challenge has stopped working properly and only sends to the first letter of any e-mail address instead of the full address. Anyone have a clue why and what I can do to put right (preferably without another un-install/ re-installation).

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
    Regards,

Hi GuysCan anyone offer any advice at all on this irritating problem??? I really cannot understand why it doesn't send to the full email address, only the first letter (I have already had to run a clean uninstall on v. 80.059.000 and re-install to cure the parse problem).

<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>My best advice to you is to STOP using the Junk-mail Challage feature..1.) if your intent was to stop or resuce the amount of junk-mail you get, by using the Challage or take me off your mailing list option at the bottom of most Spam..you are doing the exact oposit, because by replying or Challaning Junk-mail, you are CONFIRMING to the Spammer, that your EMAIL ADDRESS is a valid active address, and Spammers can Sale or Trade your valid Email address to 100's of other Spammers..2.) many mail servers and ISP's ignore or block Challage Email..3.) the junkmail Challage feature is not made by ZoneAlarm, but is ONLY a feature in SONIC-WALL Mail Fronteer module that is added to ZA security Suite..4.) if you still want to use the challage, please contact ZA Tech Support Directly with details of your Junk-mail Challage problem..ZA Tech Support (Requires Valid ZA License Key) www.zonealarm.com/tsform

Thanks GeorgeV. I'll disable the feature but I will follow up with ZA to see what they say and post the response in case anyone else faces this problem.
