    hi,

    I have not been able to make it work, same as you. the fix that was provided worked for 1-2 weeks and I have the same situation now. I have to manually download the guide once I prevent ZA from running at startup. I'll wait for an update to see if the issue was fixed. if not, I'll use another program.

    Surely we aren't the only chaps with this issue. I can't imagine that no one else is not having this issue. I've tried to open a trouble ticket as well to see what gives. It's really annoying. Like you, after 1-2 weeks it starts playing up again.

    Hi All,


    Just a quick update that I'm working with ZA Tech Support on this as it's still happening, there is a correlation with Windows Update as well as both stop working.
    So far they have not been able to solve the issue, even with the latest updates.
    Windows Vista UltimateZA 8.0.298ZA IS
