Default Is ZA blocking too much?

I think that ZA ver 8 0 059 000 is blocking out images and youtube videos from showing.
As per recommendations from another similar query, I have given access to microsoft sites ACCESS>trusted/Internet in the Programs under Program Control.
True Vector service isn't shown. Could this be the culprit?
What is the difference between Access and Server? Is this critical?
There is another computer networked with other software that does not have these problems. I also have Forcefield.
    Can anyone assist please?

the problem you have discribed is proper Configuration..There is more Control in ZoneAlarm Security suite than Just Program control..1.) in ZA Program Control Restricts or Grants Access to the Internet for all programs listed in program control..But since your using ZA security suite.. there are Other Feature that control things.. :02.) Privacy Section Controls Access to ALL web-sites by controling Permition for Cookies, Ad-Blocking pop-ups, Mobil Codes, Animation, Java Scripts etc that Web-Site Use tocontrol who has access to their Web-Sites..Check the web-site Listed in Privacy - Site-list and Grant Green Check marks across the board for that Site..3.) you can also Turn off the Privact Section in Privacy - Main section..Generally Turning off Mobil Code section helps..---------------------------------------

Thank you for your suggestion. I did try allowing sites in the Privacy Site List as you suggested. Unless I have to reboot, I didn't see any changes to the sites. The problem sites do work if I exit ZA, then turn ZA back on. Obviously, not a good way to go...
Does this sound like a config problem?

ZA needed resetting after program update, most likely because of True vector service files.
