Default IE and Mozilla won't display some pages

Some pages in won't display - both IE and Firefox "hang" for several minutes before being able to close them or move on to other pages. After re-boot, same. If I disable ZA then all is fine. I tried turning Program Control back to Auto-Learn - same. To Minimum - same. I don't know what setting is stopping the pages from loading. Any ideas or suggestions? Any easy way back to all-new default settings and no knowlege of anything learned or set so far? Thanks.

Hi!your problem is the ZA privacy control. Turn OFF main control for cookies, adblocking and mobile code and you will be able to display the pages. To reset ZA to factory settings, do this:1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after rebootCheers,Fax
