    Default Thinkbroadband speed tester

This internet speed tester uses Java. I cannot get it to work because it does not recognise that Java is installed on my PC (although it is). The helpful people at Thinkbroadband suggest that Zone Alarm Free is blocking the use of Java. Is this reasonable and, if so, can I configure ZA Free to get round this problem?

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm (Free)

All programs that Access the Internet are Controled by ZA Program Control - Program Section..The JAVA application should have Green check marks for Trusted and Internet Access..--------------------------------------------------------

    Thanks. They were already
a mixture of green ticks and blue question marks. I have changed them all to green ticks & rebooted my PC but it hasn't made any difference.
