Default Zone Alarm SS 7 keeps on blocking WoW even after being allowed

    Hey,
my girlfriend has ZA SS 7 (German) and since she connected to her new wireless router(still connected by cable btw) she can't log onto WoW and her connection is sluggish and we know this has to be zonealarm because when we turn it off everything is working and the connection is back up and speedy. FF and WoW(aswell as the launcher are allowed in the internet/server options) and I couldn't find anything in the firewall section that would point me to at least the port settings or so.

Would really appreciate if someone could help me cause I'm banging my head against the keyboard. (btw getting rid of ZA isn't the option here..she just doesn't want to get rid of it)

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:7.0

Hi!you should try to add the IP address of the router to the firewall trusted zone to see if it will improve the situation.Otherwise reset the settings of ZA (you will loose all custom settings), this should automatically add trust zones into firewall including localhost.1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after rebootCheers,Fax

In Program Control > Programs, give WoW Super Trust Level and four green check marks; email can be "?" or "X".
