I saw the solution to another printing problem of excluding the printer spooler from the AV scan. Wow, sounded logical and helpful.
Unfortunately, it did not solve my problem.
I have ZA 8.0.059 and Quicken 2008 Deluxe Rel. 9. I have no problem printing anything, except reports from Quicken. By chance I discovered that if I exit ZA, I can print reports. If I restart ZA, I cannot. The printer window says Spooling...Printing...Deleting,,, all very quickly. The printer wakes up, loads paper, moves the carriage a little, then nothing.
I have been haunting the Quicken forum, and no solution yet.
Since I have recently updated both Quicken and ZA, I don't know where the fault lies.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
