    Default Services.exe

I have just installed the newest version of ZA Pro, and noticed for my system that services.exe by default has trusted server rights and no Internet rights. The only program that I have noticed having trusted server rights before was svchost.exe.
Should services.exe have trusted server rights?
I have looked under the search option and found threads suggesting yes and maybe. I am just confused as to why this is the first time I have seen this.
If I change this to ask , what problems would/could this cause?
    Thank you for your time.

Services is above svchost in hierarchy. So it implies services runs svchost.
But svchost does most of the dirty jobs, I guess, which is why it needs trusted server.
But, I've got it set to "?" just in case is needed. Yet to see it be needed. I think it might call svchost, event log, plugNplay stuff. That's what ProcessExplorer sees.
