I have upgraded to the latest version of ZA.When I click on the ZA icon in the taskbar, Windows XP, nothing happens. If I hover the mouse over the icon the message " protection is up, UI is initializing" is displayed. how do I get to the ZA options?

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    This is a bad install.
Uninstall the ZA and reinstall while in the safe mode.
