Thread: Forgotten password

    Default Forgotten password

I have installed the lastest version of Zonealarm, and after doing so I put a password in. I didn't record the password somewhere for future reference (which was a dumb move on my part). I have tried everything I know to thing of to "login" to ZoneAlarm with no luck. I can't do anything without that password, not even reinstall. I even tried manually deleting all traces of ZoneAlarm off my computer, with no luck. I did have to reinstall ZoneAlarm, but as soon as it finished, it asked for this same stupid password. Is there a way around this? Or am I stuck?

Please refer to the link for an update to this problem. The suggestions did not fix the password issue I'm having.
