    Default ZA blocks Webroot Spysweeper Updates

    I use both ZoneAlarm Firewall and Webroot Spysweeper. ZA is blocking Spysweeper definitions update. My workaround is to shutdown ZA to update Spysweeper. How can I avoid this?

    Hi!check the ZA program control for spysweeper (SS) entries and ensure you have granted permission to access to internet.If they have the right permissions, remove the SS entries in ZA program control and run again the SS updater. At this point ZA should ask again for permission of SS components. If it does notthen:1. You have not removed all SS entries --> check again all the ZA program list entries2. Your ZA settings are corrupted --> Reset them.To reset them you have to:1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
    2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
    3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
    4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
    5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
    6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after rebootCheers,Fax
