    Default AV Task Encountered an Error - please HELP!

    Hey all - I have searched through the forums and I'm not having much luck resolving my issue. I am getting the dreaded AV Task Encountered an Error message. My spyware updates work fine but the AV is dead in the water. i tried to - - click Start -> Run -> type SYSTEM32 and click OK - double-click on ZONE LABS, then on UPDATES - delete all files, especially LocalCatalog.xml - run the anti-spyware update again did'nt worked what else ??? I am using XP Pro Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Operating System: Windows XP Pro Product Name: ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite Software Version: 7.0
