    Default Antispyware freeze

During a scan, the Antispyware program freezes at 75% complete. This during scheduled scans and during manual scans. I have run the updates. The last update was 2/26/07 (engine version 5.0.176.0; DAT file 01.200709.2485) prior to scan that evening. The scan froze again at the 75% mark. I allowed it to sit overnight and it had not changed.
    Thank you.

Does it appear to stall on the same file?

I believe so, but to I didn't record the file name so I can't be sure. However, on my last scheduled scan, the antispyware worked fine and went to completion. It found and autodeleted three pieces of spyware. So it now seems working, but if there is anything I can do to prevent this from happening again I would appreciate the information. Thank you.

I am not sure. An update could have taken care of the problem.
