I recently shifted a WinXP Pro SP2 machine to fast user switching, with several different user accounts.
I'm using
ZASS
7.0.337. It's set to run scheduled antivirus and antispyware scans once a week in the overnight hours on Saturday mornings. Last night I left the machine running with no users logged in. The scan ran this morning when I logged my limited user account on, but I noticed that the cookies which the antispyware automatically deleted were only in my user profile.
This left me wondering about how the antispyware handles the WinXP multiple user environment. Does it only scan files accessible under the logged-in user's profile, or does it scan and take actions through all users' files?
