Default Spyware Messages/Is It Out of My Computer?

I logged on to my computer and saw that my desktop was take over by a blue screen with the message, "WARNING! You're In Danger. Your computer is infected with Spyware. All you do with your site..."

It's too long of a message to type out but I used my Zone Alarm Security Suite almost everyday and almost after every page I visit online. Now my nephew, he's a different issue. I would like to know, since I got rid of the Trojan through the Zone Alarm Anti Virus, why do I still have this message bombarding me and even a pop up from "Security Monitor: WARNING. ATTENTION! System detected a potential hazard (TrojanSPM/LX on your computer" And why, when I treat it with AntiSpyware all this Beast 1.91 and other Win32. Trojan stuff still comes up when scanning but it says nothing is on my computer. How can I get rid of it and also, what's the better product: Zone Alarm Security Suite or Zone Alarm Pro?

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    FilmCadence,
    start by running Zone alarm
in safe mode and do a complete deep scan antivirus and antispyware
    (it'll take
awhile depending upon number of files on your computer).
    See what you get thereFindley
