I am new here, and I am hoping to get help from this forum with regards to updating my spyware. I got the red light" Action required" and acted accordingly. Result, after trying for 20 times over 6 days, all I get is the downloaded updates and then the message:" Server is busy, pls try again later!" This is unacceptable! Yes, I am annoyed, I don't know if it is my fault, but I don't think so, as the updating of the anti virus software went smoothly the first time. My connection is a dial-up and it is slow, but if it works for the anti virus, why not for the anti spyware????
Hope that the Zonealarm-engineers will sort this out fast, as it seems to be a common problem!
