I have just started having the following problem:-
System:-IE7Windows XP SP2ZA Security Suite 7.0.337Acrobat Reader 8.1
After a windows update I started getting pop-up warnings from ZA that IExporer was
"logging keystrokes" etc..
I applied a "Deny" and checked the remember box.
Ever since then I have not been able to open pdf files embedded in
a web page.
I get the following sequence of errors;Selecting the pdf link triggers the following error - "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please exit Adobe Acrobat Reader and try again"There is an "OK" button to click.Clicking "OK" opens a windows download pop-up and I can see the pdf downloaded. Then another error message pops up with the location of the temp file of the pdf in the title bar - "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file.
You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"There is an "OK" button which takes me back to IE window.
If I shut down ZA everything works fine and Acrobat Reader has no problems outside IE.
My guess is there is a permission somewhere in ZA that needs resetting but I have no idea where.
Can anyone shed any light on this ??
