Start the PC in the safe mode, and delete the following:

    %system%\ drivers\ ffpbek.sys
    %system%\ drivers\ ndcia.sys
    %system%\ kbnaxp.dll
    %system%\ lsanp.dll
    %system%\ trtbc.dll
    mctet.dll
    umtcap.dll

Then empty the Recycle Bin. If the files do not permit deletion, then open the properties and change the permissions to do so.

Then scan with all of your scanners. Then after..
Get online scans using the IE with sites such as Ewido or BitDefender.

Download and install and update and scan with the freeware Asquared and Superantispyware.

    Hope this helps.
