    Default Multiscan.exe not working?

    Hi,
    When I doubleclick on C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\multiscan.exe, I see the dos command window briefly, but nothing beyond that occurs.
    I'm trying to set up a batch file, which runs with XP pro at shut down.
    Any thoughts?
