    Default VSMON continuously running slowing computer to a crawl

    The Anti-Virus part of ISS is telling me my scan was done as scheduled, but VSMON.exe has been running using all free 'CPU Time' for a day now. I am able to use my computer but it is running very slow. VSMON resides in the Repair directory so I suspect something has been found, but I have no alerts in ISS telling me there is a problem, just VSMON running continuously.

    I had a large Picture upload to Shutterfly running when I first noticed my computer slowly down and VSMON taking all free 'CPU Time' I am uploading rather large picture files (3-5mb a piece, not sure if it is tied into this). I haven't noticed this before when uploading pictures.
