    Default false positive

    Hi,
    I'm downloaded a trial for
ZA Security Suite. I used to use Kaspersky anti-virus.
My question is: I don't see where I can declare a false positive as safe: how can I do this? The reason: I work with a safe .dot program in Word, and Kaspersky always said this .dot is a troyan horse, but it isn't, so I declared this .dot as safe in Kaspersky AV. But I don't see where to do this in the anti-virus settings of ZA. (In fact, I see only a very small number of settings of Kaspersky AV in the AV of ZA.)
I searched in the manual & in the support site of ZA, but found nothing.
Can somebody help me on this?
    Best regards,Eric

    Hi!
Go to the advanced settings of the antivirus/antispyware tab, Treatment, and select "Alert me - do not treat automatically".
Now restore the false positive from the quarantine and next time is detected, select (from the drop down menu) "Ignore always".

It would be good you submit this false positive to Kaspersky for fixing it.
If you had KAV before you probably know how to do it (sending an e-mail to newvirus at kapersky dot com...etc).
    If not, please come back.

oups, sorry: I hit twice the tab key and the unfinished reply was twice sent... :-S
Anyway, thx a lot, you hhelped me to solve a tricky thing, and yes, the software dfevelopper of that .dot file knows the problem and resolves it in his next version; so I don't think I have to bother KAS with this...
