Default False Positive after scan in Windows Media Player (URGE ?)

I did a spyware scan this morning and came up with a trojan called:
    Win32.Trojan.KillAV.ko
    in C:\ProgramFiles\MTVNetworks\URGE\XceedCry.dll
I placed it in quarantine and then tried to start up my Windows Media Player, which I know uses a program called "Urge," and Windows Media Player started trying to download something regarding "Urge" without completely opening up the Media Player itself.
I cancelled the download and exited Media Player.
Can anybody else tell me if they have received this "trojan" this morning in their spyware scan ?
I just finished dealing with the Adobe Flash Player false positive yesterday
and had to do a computer restore as a result.
I am nervous about just deleting this KillAV "trojan" I found this morning in case it may also be another false positive...especially when I am getting a Widows Media Player error message when trying to use the Media Player when the "trojan" is just in quarantine.
Any info would be appreciated !

I just took the "trojan" out of quarantine and restored it and Windows Media Player is working fine now without trying to reinstall "Urge."
Am going to do another scan to see if it picks it up again.
BTW...can somebody tell me how to go about submitting this to Zone Alarm ?
