    Default Anti-spyware Update

For the past week, I have been trying to run the update. Anti-virus updates with no issues, but the Anti-spyware says "Server busy, try again later". This has been the case since Saturday.
    Thanks for any help.

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

Default Re: Anti-spyware Update/ "Server Busy"

If you get a "server busy" message - please try the following...
Please perform the following instructions to resolve this issue.

    01.) Restart your computer
02.) When you see the screen go black and it starts booting back up keep
tapping the "F8" key (at the top of your keyboard)
03.) This should bring up a menu. Choose Safe Mode off the menu by using the arrow keys on the
keyboard to highlight Safe Mode and press Enter
04.) If you get a message asking to go to Safe Mode, choose Yes. If you get a help and support
    window, close this.
05.) Once you are at the desktop, Click Start
    06.) Choose Run
07.) Type system32 and click OK
08.) Double Click the Zonelabs Folder
09.) Double Click the Updates Folder
10.) Delete all files in this folder
    11.) Restart your system and try the updates again<hr>If the issue is still not resolve please look at this / click here &gt;
.Also be wary other any other security software you may have, that may prevent proper updating; may need to 'temporarily shut them off.'<hr>:8}NaiveMelody NYC 3-27-08 - Easy - The Commodores
