to the Zone Alarm User Forum..Try touse all of these: the asquared free and the superantispyware free and the latest avert stinger free. The norman cleaner for malware is not to bad either.

That should nail almost all of the renegade troyans, adware or worms left on the PC.

    Follow this up with a online scan from ewido and http://www. b i t d e f e n d e r . com/scan8/ using the Internet Explorer (these need to scan using the activeX).

After the PC is clean and malware free ( this will take some time) then reset the ZA database and it will be as when first installed.
    This way:
Boot your computer into the Safe Mode

Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder

Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder

    Clean the Recycle Bin

    Reboot into the normal mode

Then make sure the correct DNS and DHCP are entered in the ZA as Trusted (along with the LocalHost).
Please post back with your progress report..--------------------------------------------------------

AAA, HELP!!! Even more than before.
I ve followed your instructions till the ZL reset and safe mode staring. Everything seemed fine,
I used programs several times until it indicated no viruses result.

Than the problem with (virtual or physical) memory occurred, i have had a blue screen, with debug processing,
and it was saying as well something about possible partition damage.

I succeed to start windows. Trying to access word i've got WINWORD.exe c0000006 error and another application program of tv-channels watching didnt work.
I restore system with Start-Programs-Accessory-restore system. /it didnt repair the error. (I dont have cd with windows with me to reinstall properly Office.)

I found on one of the forum that it is necessary to delit files, but i didnt find any.
i used Glary utilities, Regcleaner and it gave nothing.
I enter winword/a in the "open and run" - nothing was found.

I reinstalled the program of web TV online, it said that one of the file couldnt be installed and program doesn't run.

Help me with Word, please! I need it as an oxygen! Please!

    Thank you.
