    Default I can not update

    I am away from this computor for weeks at a time.
    Several weeks ago I msged you guys about not being able to update. I get the following screen:Error 500--Internal Server ErrorFrom RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.One of you answered right away and said that a ZA server was down or something to that effect. Well its at least 2 weeks later and I can not update. Any ideas? I use ZA suite and ForceField Beta
    on my laptop and really am a old time user.

    I have the same problem. Running under Vista, the horrible, the current ZA suite for Vista (7.?) anti-virus updates quickly but the anti-spyware seems to drop into a black hole and sit for hours without apparent activity. There are no error messages. I get tired of waiting and go back to my MAC. The last anti-spyware update I received was dated 21 March 2008. Sorry I can't offer any suggestions.
