    Default Undoing something that has been marked 'Always Ignore'

    I too have been having trouble with the Trojan-Clicker worm. ZA actually found four on my system and quarantined 3 of them. I tried to 'delete', 'delete on reboot' and 'rename' the worm but I got an error each time. Unfortunately, the only option left in ZA in 'Always Ignore'. So as I was clicking the Apply button. I saw that the 'Always ignore was set for this worm.
    My question is: How do I reset ZA so I can receive a message when the worm is present?

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:6.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Antivirus

    go to the advanced options of the ZA antivirus tab --> exclusion and remove it from there...

    If you have not done so, try the following:

    Try to perform a full Antivirus scan but in SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING.
    Only if you have installed the latest version of ZA AV.

    1. Disable system restore;
    3. Manual run ZASS (ZA firewall will be OFF but Antivirus/Antispyware will be functional)
    3. Run a full ZA AV/AS scan
    4. Reboot in Normal Mode
    5. Ensable System restore

    How to start in SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING:

    How to disable windows SYSTEM RESTORE:

    If the above fails you may want to download, update and scan with superantispyware FREE:

    if ALL the above fails please post your Hijackthis log here:
